The cash side of every household, current and filed

For family offices and advisory teams: StatementFlow automatically retrieves official bank statements across households, trusts, and entities — hash-verified and filed to your own Drive by household and month — so reporting, tax workpapers, and bill-pay oversight run from a complete cash archive instead of a quarterly document hunt.

Custodial feeds cover the portfolio. The cash layer — operating accounts, trust checking, LLC and property accounts, the bill-pay account the family actually lives out of — is where document collection still runs on emails to busy principals and their assistants. It's also exactly where reconciliations, tax preparers, and fraud reviews need original statements.

  • One discreet connection per account, authorized by the account holder at their bank — no credential sharing with staff, ever.
  • Trust and entity structures welcome: file by household, entity, or engagement — your taxonomy, your Drive.
  • Evidence-grade files: official PDFs with SHA-256 verification and a retrieval log — clean support for reviews, audits, and the family attorney.
  • Oversight without nagging: the coverage board shows every account's statement status across the whole client base; reconnects raise alerts, not awkward calls.

Scope, stated plainly: this covers US bank depository accounts. Brokerage/custodial statements stay with your custodial workflow — StatementFlow completes the picture on the side custodians don't cover.

What advisory teams ask

Does this retrieve brokerage or custodial statements?
No — and we won’t pretend otherwise. Coverage is bank depository accounts (checking/savings) at US institutions, via Plaid Statements and Mastercard Open Banking. It handles the cash side of the household: operating accounts, trust checking, entity accounts, bill-pay accounts.
Our clients are privacy-sensitive. What do they actually share?
Nothing with your staff. The account holder authenticates directly with their bank through a secure link; credentials never pass through your office or the software. Access is read-only data access, tokens are encrypted at rest, and every retrieval is logged.
Can we organize by household and entity?
Yes — statements file into your own Google Drive under a structure you control (household / entity / year / month), with consistent naming, so reporting and tax teams pull from one canonical archive.
Who in the office can touch connections?
Role-based controls separate governance (admin), connection management (manager), and read/download access (staff), with passkey step-up on sensitive actions and a full activity log — the access-review answer your compliance officer wants.
